: Location, location, location! Even though it was only a few yards from a lively bar and the Maison Carree it was beautifully quiet. Nice to have a coffee machine, although a couple of extra pods would have been good.
: Whilst travelling I do not have internet access so sending several emails telling me I had to check in did not get picked up. I then got two SMS messages telling me that if I did not give my credit card details by 5:30 (this was at about 5:15) we would not have access to the apartment, this despite earlier agreeing that we would arrive between 5 & 6pm. Trying to communicate in a foreign language at the same time as navigating around a new city does not make for a relaxing start to a holiday. I think the information about the credit card deposit system needs to be revisited and made much clearer to the client. I had imagined that my lack of internet would not be a problem since the apartment had WiFi, so everything could be done at check-in. Also it is up 4 very steep flights of stairs, which is not clear in the description.Providing more than one towel per person would have been nice.

: The location, friendliness of the hosts, and the cosy apartment were great. The coffee machine with coffee pods ready to go was a nice touch.
: The stairs were a challenge with heavy luggage and young kids, but worth it when you get to the top!

: centrally located and mostly quiet
: As it was hot I had to slepp with windows open and then was bittenby mosquitos; a screnn or net would be Handy. Also not enough coffee (2 for 4 nights?) PLUS please tell People it is on third Story with only steps. I managed but my friend never would have made the 59 steps! It would also be nice to have had some info. onnearby Food Shops: Location and Opening times.
