  : The beds were very comfy, the rooms were very separate on different ends with doors so you had your privacy.
  : When we arrived, the condo was not very clean. Our feet were black from walking on the floor and the counters had crumbs on them. We wish they had an ice machine in that facility but you have to walk across street to other hotel along with washing your clothes. They also didn’t have very many pans to choose or cook with.

  : Room was dated. Closet door off the roller. Trash at the nightstand. Could have been better for the amount of money to stay.

  : Spacious and plenty of car/truck parking.
  : I was not informed by Evolve that motorcycles were not allowed. My husband had to pay to park in an unsecured area. Sand Resorts employee we spoke to about this was rude, sarcastic and made no attempt to help. He just said the motorcycle would be towed. Also, the floors in the apartment were nasty, turned the bottoms of my feet black. The sheets had sand in them. Bathrooms and kitchenette were well cleaned. Room was not oceanfront. There was another hotel in front of our building.

  : There"s no cleaning service even though I've paid over $200 for the service.There was no anyone to speak to other than calling some kinda a building Management which she was unableto do much to solve any problem without calling I guess the owner of the property.
