  : Did not include breakfast-but it was no supposed to. We had a kitchen to prepare our own which was great. Had all supplies I needed except for paper towels. Had to go out & purchase those.
  : The bed sheets were dirty. In one of the bedrooms one of the beds had blond hairs in the sheets under the blanket so we of course did not use that bed during our entire stay. None of our family has blond hair! The other bedroom also had a bed that the top bedspread was dirty or stained unsure, was still disgusted. Both bathtubs were not clean and the clear bathroom curtain was dirty. I had to go out to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms myself. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no spare for 6 people. Sent my kid to ask for more at the office and they wanted to know code to the door (which he didn't know) Stayed @ 8th floor and the elevators smell was so terrible it brought tears to my eyes. So we had to use the steps with a blind person in tow. Everyday of our stay we looked at the same dirty linnen bags that just seemed to live on the elevator lobby.This was the most expensive yet terrible experience we ever had in our Father's Day vacation. Not one time did room service come by to check if we needed anything, you know like toilet paper or paper towels. Parking garage is a nightmare.

  : Could not get room service of any kind, was out of tissue, trash bags, & towels 1st day .. Sand dunes resort front desk staff & manager were rude also unprofessional, they wouldn't, couldn't or just didnt care to even spare 1 roll of bathroom tissue but I really appreciate Vacasa's friendly & professional customer service, could accommodate with better room service, but will definitely book with them & never ever go directly through sand dunes resort..

  : I loved the location and the floor plan. We had more than enough room in the apartment.
  : The bathrooms wasnt that clean. It had lots of hair and dirt in the corners and no one wants to see a plunger and toilet bowl brush when they are using the bathroom. Two of the tvs didnt work in the apartment and it was hard to get help to get them right.

  : Loved the location and availability of restaurants on site. Great beach and comfortable beds.
  : Apartment could really use some sprucing up and repair. One livingroom chair was missing a leg as my daughter found when she sat down and it tipped over, One bathroom couldn't be used for baths for the kids because the piece you lift for a shower was stuck in the up position, would not go down. We didnt force it because we didn't want to break it. Kitchen lacked quite a few of the items on the supply list. Instructions said to sweep (broom has seen better days) and the vacuum didn't work well. My understanding was we paid a cleaning fee?? Had A great vacation just disappointed in the condition of the apartment
