: The owner of the rental and guest services were very nice!!! If I had a question they’d always answered or immediately called me back. This location is located at Carolina Winds Resort and we definitely will be coming back here with our family!

: The view was very nice. The room was nice. The pool was huge. Parking was good.
: You need a vacuum cleaner. Also the porch kept filling up with water from the air conditioner. Also different pots and pans when you cooked with them the food stuck to them. The refrigerator had water in it.

: The location was nice, beach access is easy, staff was friendly from the hotel building, room was cozy from the start.
: I had a issue with the parking pass because it said on the note they left us that it was right next to it but there was no parking pass. So I called the In and Out service that it told to contact with any issues to find out about it. I called them twice and got sent to voice mail till a woman finally picked up the third time and she was absolutely rude.

: Property location was very close to the beach
: 1. The lights in the kitchen not working - maintenance came over without letting us know only on Thursday (2 days before our departure)2. Mold on the bathroom ceiling causing bad smell and allergy issues (I am allergic to mold, had difficulties breathing)3. Water doesn’t drain well (drained very slow) in the bathroom sink.4. Bad smell when enter the room. Have to open balcony door and entry doer for at least 20-30 minutes to get rid of bad smell.5. Saw two cockroaches: one in the bathroom and one in hallway.
