: I’ve been using Booking.com for over 20 years and never had a problem until a week ago. This place was just awful. It’s an apartment on the 12th floor in the corner. The resort itself was a complete dump. There were cigarette butts, dead roaches in the stairwells, the noise level was unbearable.. there was knocking on our door, kids running around all night.. just awful. When we walked inside this place was far from updated, the fridge looked very old and worn and was dirty inside along with the microwave. There was also crumbs still on the table and hair in both bathroom sink and tub. The air vents were covered with dust. My daughter and I were so disappointed we immediately called booking that night and wanted a refund. We checked out the next morning and found someplace else to stay. This place is in the ghetto!!! Please don’t let these pictures fool you. I paid 1695.00 for 5 nights here and only refunded the cleaning fee of $90.00. What a disgrace from Booking. Once I filed my case, I’m the one that had to follow up on it until 6 days later. I lost a puke of money and respect for booking with this experience and will never use them again
