: Absolutely filthy, our toilet wouldnt flush. Called for maintenance said someone would come look at it, after a hour of nothing called the desk again and they said maintenance left for the day. Called back and said she was gonna get us another room and she never called back! I would give it 0 stars!!

: Amanda with the management company was very responsive and worked hard to try ans rectify all of our issues. She did send someone from maintenance over there on Thursday morning and he checked it but I am not sure what was found because I didn't have any follow up as he had stated. So we left the heat on 85 to be comfortable. It cut off once after he left.
: The unit was very dated. The air/heat unit wasn't working correctly. It blew cold air, only got up to 60 and started turning off and on. We turnd it up to 85 in which it blew warm air but started turning itself completely off and could not be turned back for a couple of minutes. We went and bout flannel pajamas and an extra blanket to stay warm through the night. There were roaches on the counter where the toaster and coffee pot(no coffee to make coffee) were. As well as in the bathroom on the shower curtain. There was black mold on the shower walls, around the plate where the knob was to adjust the water. There was black mold on floor around the tub and floor was wet. Lamp. Pictures etc were dusty. The unit was not what I expected. I was looking for a full kitchen but it only had an electric skillet and a small George Forman grill. There were some sort of black marks on the sheets. When I sat on the sofa it sunk and I felt like I had sat on the floor. When I looked to see what was going on I discovered that it was a very worn out sleep sofa or sofa bed. I was supoose to get a follow call about the air/heat after maintenance but never did as to his findings. I have stayed at Sea Mist before in this same tower but a different unit and was pleased. Let's juat say 51012 will not booked by me again.
