  : The property was big enough for our family and it was walking distance to the beach.
  : The property has no appeal to it. They are dirty outside and inside. The shower curtain was dirty, the mattress was old and very uncomfortable, the mattress cover was dirty. The furniture was out dated and dirty. I fill if you going to rent out a property you should make sure the property owners are making sure it is clean as well as yall. Make sure they have updated furniture so we can feel safe and comfortable. I always bring my own sheets and pillows because I know y’all half clean the properties and it’s not fair to us because we pay for something we can’t be comfortable in.

  : A bit dated but very clean besides the carpet. Would suggest replacing with flooring since carpet is very hard to keep clean in a rental. Everything worked. Location walkable to beach. Pool very close by. Owner very reliable with communication and answering questions. Enjoyed our stay!

  : The location was very apropiate for the reason of my trip .I travel just for fishing it was very closed to de Apache pier. And short travel to de charters in Murrell inlet .
  : The property was called for pest control and after that I found three little cockroaches in diferents room

  : The location is good. The indoor and outdoor pools were small but nice. Our condo was on the first floor so very convenient, nice size and layout, and it has 2 screened in porches. We also had a couple of issues that required maintenance and the people were very prompt and friendly.
  : The people above us were VERY noisy. They had small children that were allowed to run constantly. There were some bugs even though the pest control came during our stay. The condo itself is in need of an update with ceiling peeling and the appliances very outdated.

  : The condo had everything we needed. The little balcony overlooking the marsh was beautiful! We enjoyed how nice and quiet the spot was and LOVED the wildlife we could see from the balcony.
  : The furniture in the condo wasn't very clean. Big stains on the sofa. And some dead bugs in the bathroom. The listing says 400ft from the ocean, but that seems to have been measured from the rental office and not the condo
