  : The parking space is good. The access to the ocean was nice as well.
  : The property was fine. However, our hotel room had a leaking ceiling. It was very uncomfortable. In the end, I also didn’t appreciate that it wasn’t possible for us to get a new unit.

  : There was nothing we liked about this place. If you are into cheap hotel, then this is your place.
  : The minute we walked in the hotel, you could see it's outdated. The room I booked was completely different from what I walked into. The online pictures are deceiving. The room was dirty, the microwave was rusted, and the bed was poorly made. There was a big roach on the wall. I grabbed my kids and left. I went to complain to the front desk about it. They told me they were completely booked and they couldn't move me to a different room. My husband, I, and my kids we left right away. I couldn't imagine spending my hard earned money on a place like this. I wish there was a way to upload the videos I took of the room. This was a terrible experience.

  : Oceanfront room, our granddaughter loved the water slide, breakfast buffet at Due South was good and our server LHouisson (not sure if spelled right) was awesome. The room included a full size washer and dryer
  : We booked a 3 bedroom condo with a queen bed and 3 full beds with walk-in showers . Instead, we got a 3 bedroom with a king bed, a queen, and 2 twin beds. It was very outdated and looked like it was from the 90s. Went to the front desk and told the clerk she said so someone would have to sleep on the couch, and she said she put in for housekeeping to bring up bedding for it. We never received the bedding or even saw a housekeeper the 4 days we were there. There was a pile of towels by the elevator that was about 5 feet tall that was there when we checked in and was still there when we left. The lazy river wasn't open. Upon check in we were placed in the Savoy condos and was told by the clerk to park in any parking spot that they were NOT assigned but on the 2nd day we went out to find a nasty note on our truck that if we didn't move it immediately it would be towed. The condo kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking utensils and pans.
