: property was run down and not clean. The hall way leading into the room had a bad odor. No cable when i arrived in room. The cable was fixed by maintenance. Then the next morning cable went again. The condo needs a good cleaning

: Good price. Has a view of ocean from the balcony. Close to beach. Unit was clean and nice on inside.
: We had a couple of issues. No clothes hangers in room, coffee pot did not work and the microwave might or might not work. We could not use the safe because it would not lock because of low battery. The unit is privately owned.. The person that I talked to about these problems at LARROWE LLC was the most condescending person I've ever talked to. I won't do business this the real estate company again! The only thing that was addressed was that we were brought a used coffee pot from somewhere but at least it worked.

: Convenient location. Close to beach.
: Barely a bedspread, and no extra blankets.Had an iron, but no ironing board.Creepy maintenance room directly across the hall with door ajar with piece of wood, 24 hours a day.Cheap and dirty plastic furniture on very small balcony, with heat from AC unit blowing on you. Snack machine in “lobby” had ONE granola bar in it!!Seven foot ceiling in bathroom, and no exhaust fan. Made for a very sweaty post shower toweling.

: It was a very short walk to the beach. When on the balcony there was a partial ocean view. The building is no the north end of ocean Blvd so the traffic noise was lessened then the south end.
: The unit could have been a little cleaner. The unit was over decorated, Many more trinkets then in the picture.
