  : The ease of access to the facilities and the friendly staff.
  : How crowded some of the places got after there was an inconvenience. Not only that but we started to notice roaches everywhere after awhile. We even found one on the balcony of our room. And the fact that you have to pay for parking now is a major inconvenience. The other times we went it was included within the room fee. I felt like that should have been mentioned before we got there.

  : Loved the location. The room was pretty clean and could have been a little more updated. We liked it until the fire. The pool areas needed some attention, and parts of the ceiling and walls were missing. We never got to see the bowling alley or arcade because it caught on fire and almost killed us all during the early morning hours.
  : The hotel caught on fire in the early morning hours. No staff to be found, no evacuation protocol, no communication from management. The only info we were able to obtain is from other guests and finally a confrontation between one of the managers that promised full refunds for all the guests affected by the fire. The really messed up part was that people who had reservations for the next few days did not know the hotel had been deemed unsafe for occupancy and had caught on fire.

  : The kids pool was good and the location on the beach is good that's all it has going for it.
  : Rooms are disgusting. Rooms had stains and mold everywhere.Hallways are awful full of spider webs and mildew smell.

  : It wasnt clean, housekeeping never checked if we needed anything. Parking was offal and to be charged for it really. Staff always seemed grumpy. Pools were dirty and not maintained. Trash was everywhere.
