  : The owner, Mehmet, his daughter and Salih were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had something new everyday. The location was amazing for viewing the hot air balloons. The place itself was serene.

  : Owners/management were not friendly at all. Father is the management of the hotel, the daughter is at the reception & the wife takes care of the kitchen for Breakfast. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, they claimed that all the rooms are well ventilated & if required, portable fans will be provided, we had booked 4 rooms & they had provided only 2 fans, saying "Thats all what they have" We could get only 2 fans & we had 4 rooms booked. They should at least have sufficient fans available for all rooms. Breakfast timings were very odd, only from 9-10, which is very unusual for any hotels. Particularly in Cappadocia, when you wake up before sunrise to see the hot air balloons or if you go for the hot air balloon ride, you are back to hotel by 7 am. One cannot keep waiting for the Breakfast to open until 9 and if you go back to bed at 7, you might not be able to wake up at 9. At 10 sharp, they start picking up the breakfast spread. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly during the summer months. Although, they said the rooms are ventilated & we will not feel the requirement for even the fans but the rooms were really hot & not comfortable to sleep, out of our 4 rooms, only 1 room was cool enough to sleep comfortably. Management of the hotel was very unfriendly.
