Disappointing

  : The two ladies working there were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable enough although you could hear a lot through the walls. We were right above the restaurant and it was a little noisy. The shower was good although it didnt drain properly. The hotel fulfilled my request of extra pillows because I am pregnant, although the man dealing with our payment had a moan about it when we arrived.
  : The man who dealt with our payment (also apparently the head chef) was incredibly rude and intrusive. He made a problem about a misunderstanding and rudely sat on mine and my husbands table during our dinner where he insisted on arguing with us over a matter that was just a misunderstanding and could have been sorted very quickly. I found him argumentative and aggressive, and this interaction made me very upset. The next day, my husband and I could not wait to leave and see the back of the place. Needless to say, that I will not be recommending this place to anyone. The other staff members seemed lovely, however this man really gives this establishment a bad name.

  : There were real feather coverlets! Nice location and people.
  : The bathroom needs work, there was garbage from a destroyed house as you look from the terrace, lack of option to adapt the heating, additional different thickness of the pillows.
