  : Perfect experience! Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was cool and dark. We were driving cross country so it wasn't a long stay. However, I really wanted to swim & there were 4 or 5 other hotels, WHO HAD POOLS LISTED AS AVAILABLE IN THEIR AMMENITIES, but their pools were closed. Booking.com seems to be letting just anybody list property on here and not holding anyone accountable for their false claims. I have had several negative experiences with them on this trip. Just before this hotel, booked at hotel 6 whom had said they had a pool available. They not only did not have a pool available, they did not even have a room available for me due to the fact that none of them were cleaned. What is the problem with listing your property accurately & if you have no rooms don't list it. I was already strapped for cash on this ride & they tide up $140 for over a week. So, my hats off to Best Western in Muskogee. The stay was excellent & I appreciate that much more than you know. The hot tub was amazing, too.

  : I got ate up by bed bugs. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping I was not pleased. I picked the room cause of the reviews but it didn't reach my expectation. And I asked to refresh my room and they didn't make my bed. No clean sheets.

  : We were given a different type room than we reserved (reserved a queen, checked into 2 doubles) upon notifying the front desk, I was given a key to a random king bed room down the hall & told it may not be cleaned, but you can check it & upon checking it with my wife (thankfully we didnt take our son & let him run into the room) we discovered not only was the room not cleaned, but it was CURRENTLY OCCUPIED with someone asleep in the bed!! Needless to say we just bit the bullet & she slept with our son & I slept in a bed to myself & we made sure we double latched our door in case he decided to give our room key out to someone random

  : Room smelled. Could see cracks and repaint spots Bathtub was VERY slick I felt like it was trying to kill me, almost slipped twice. Breakfast was sad. Went out to eat the second day rather than eat the free breakfast.

  : I had a hard time getting towels for the second night. I had asked the staff three times for clean towels and I finally had to go to the front desk and have the girl hand them to me The elevator broke down and we were on the second floor and my husband had heart surgery a year ago so it was very hard for him to walk the stairs and when I had mentioned it to I guess the manager, he just snickered. He didn't offer us a room on the first floor. Then on the second night of our stay there we're people on the room above us and they were so noisy I mean at one point our room shook. I don't know if kids were running and jumping or what but that went on until after 1 a.m. I called the front desk at midnight to ask them to say something to them and they kept doing it for another hour. So needless to say we had very little rest.
