: Beautiful beach front property with great views of the ocean. The condo was nicely appointed with updated baths and kitchen.
: The pool facilities were not in operation. Delays in repairs from Ian last Sept. There was no notice of this when I booked and not until a couple of weeks prior to our stay. The property description said soap would be provided in each bath and kitchen. None were provided. Needs directions available on use of the high tech thermostat. Didnt even know the manufacturer to google its operation. The biggest disappointment was the uncleanliness of the balcony. Pigeon dung was everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Even when housekeeping came to sweep it up, it had hardened. It was disgusting and a health hazard. Housekeeping told us that the HOA would not allow them to use any cleaning agent in the floor of the balcony since they had been redone and needed to cure. The balcony really needs to be power washed and the HOA needs to find a solution to this health hazard. I shooed pigeons away several times as this balcony seemed to be one of their favorite hangouts. We loved the interior unit but will not book again due to this issue.
