  : Great location near U-bahn station with elevator & lift. The room is clean and hardware is satisfactory. Recommend to stay if you look for convenient & clean stay.
  : The room I stayed needed a few step, not directly accessible by lift. Only one small lift available in the hotel.

  : Room is too small, actually it looks like very big toilet with bathroom, where you have a bed and TV on the wall. Stuff is very unprofessional to solve the issue what I have regarding Booking reservations, breakfast is very poor, not worth that money. Better is to stay at hostel for these money.

  : Location is not central. There is a metro very nearby which is convenient but turns out it closes during the night and we had to make alternative plans for a 6:30 am flight out. We needed to change our room from dbl to triple and the online response was great However arriving at the hotel there was much confusion about the change Was able to work it out after a half hour at the desk. All the staff is new Thought that was odd. One plus was the restaurant area is open all night and our group was able to have wine and beer after our day of touring. A few good restaurants nearby and some open late. Has an elevator The room was ok Could be cleaner Had to solicit room cleaning or you don’t receive it
  : The bathroom was totally unacceptable! The area with the toilet is next to the shower They share the same door Open door to the right and closes for the toilet and to the left closes the shower Super impractical for 3 people or if you are not an intimate couple. The hand held shower accessory fell off and we weren’t able to to put it back and when you turned on the shower water went everywhere The day they cleaned our room they did not fix it Did not take dirty glasses away. Another thing when you used the door for the shower it was impossible to open from inside The person outside had to open it for you

  : Apartment was clean, modern, and was in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and hotel supplied adequate facilities.
  : In the apartment we could hear a lot of noise from the streets and other apartments. One night particularly we went down to reception 3x due yo noise complaints to deal with the situation but they didn’t do anything so we had a restless sleep.
