  : I had a room.on the 5th floor.to the street for 80 Euros on a Friday in April,for.Munich very good value for the price.payedExtremely clean,confortable bed, modern bathroom, very nice and polite staff,.my.room.had a fully.equipped kitchen and 2 bottles of water.as.well.as.coffee.and tea.for free. It a not much but it s a nice gestuee, i ve been in 4 star hitels where i had to pay high rates.for the water and there were.no waterboiler in the room.I find it very good that they make sure that there is silence after.22 in the building and no smokingI woukd.stay anytime.there for 2/3days
  : Noise from outside but i expected it and was ok.to sleep with the window closed, yeah some.of the furniture is old but everything was.impecable.clean

  : Location was excellent- 5 min walk to main train station. Balcony was a great asset. Fit perfectly for our family of five.
  : Area was very noisy. Apartment was too warm. Pillows were terrible. But none of these things ruined our stay.

  : Service was fantastic and the 24hr desk at reception is very useful. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed with water provided in the fridge and some toiletries. Also allowed us to leave our bags in the foyer when we wanted to explore the city.
  : Only improvements could have been price. It was relatively expensive for 1 room for 1 night but we booked very last minute so can understand this.

  : I do not recommend it to anyone, even though it is the cheapest one next to the station. We traveled with 3 small children and wanted to spend one night in the hotel. We reserved the room at the price specified on the booking, I paid in advance. Then the hotel informed us that we should pay more because it was on the wrong price on the booking. Since we had just left and at the end of the 13-hour journey ahead of us, we didn't want to be left without accommodation, I accepted the requested amount, which they asked for in addition. My reservation was canceled 2 hours before arrival! When I called the booking office to make arrangements and that we would like to stay there at the higher amount recommended by the hotel, the hotel refused their own offer. They wanted a higher amount. Despite everything, since we had no other choice, we booked the lowest category room at the latest price on booking with the 1-year-old, 3-year-old and 5-year-old children at 22.00. But the story didn't make sense. When he arrived, there was 5m2 of water in the room. I reported this to the reception, and instead of giving me another room, they cleaned it up. Outrageous, never recommend to anyone!

  : The sofa bed is really noisy every time you move. There is the minimum, no more, and it's not clean (table, dishes...). The zone seems to be unsafe at night, like all railway zone...

  : Location, close to HBF and a bit of a walk to centre of town but doable. Daily housekeeping was good with very nice staff. Close to food shops to buy supplies and to go out for lunch or dinner. Fairly good kitchen equipment for cooking. Spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area.
  : Bedroom was facing east so got hot in the morning. No aircon or fan. Bathroom with east facing so blindingly bright in the morning. It needs a blind. Construction across the road woke us up on two mornings at 4.30am. Balcony was not private, and was facing west so unusable in the afternoon because of the sun. It needs a blind that can be pulled down so its useable. No counter space in the kitchen. Needs a separate table for the jug and the coffee machine. Bathroom sink tap was hard to use and shower had good supply of hot water but low pressure. Many of these things would be acceptable at a much lower pricebut this was an expensive place to stay.
