  : Very well-placed in the city, just off the river and within walking distance from the main attractions. The Khinkalnya restaurant at the ground floor was a very neat touch. Decent WiFi too.
  : The secondary bed in the room was old and uncomfortable. It's better if you travel as a couple since the main bed was good. Not applicable to me this trip, though.

  : The receptionist was very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, showers were hot, towels were nice. Fridge in room, instant variety of drinks available with hot water kettle. We also had privated, gated/enclosed parking which was a nice assurance of safety. Just a really nice value, topped with a very pleasant, helpful receptionist.
  : The directions on the booking.com should have a little note attached that the hotel is off the street just a little bit (ie, not visible from the street), so the address listed is quite confusing. Just a little note indicating that hotel is right behind the bakery, or something like that. And, although we didn't need it, there was not an AC unit in the room (possibly there's central air, but not likely in Ukraine).

  : Good location as for the tourists sites, cafes. Not too expensive.
  : Ventilation worked too hard - friends got cold and sore throats. Too close to the road - the sound of traffic 24/7 disturbed everyone. Not too clean. Open window in bathroom - smell of the barbecue from the nearby cafe. No directions/signs from the road / easy to miss the spot. Stuff called to ask about the ETA but gave no directions.
