  : Room is very efficiently laid out giving you a comfortable bed, a closet, a living area, a kitchen and a dining/work table, and bathroom. The check in lady and "small, hotel dog" named Skip were very friendly and caring. She is a gem.
  : Breakfast items were all single serve frozen or wrapped things out of a box. No fresh eggs or sausage- Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast biscuits. There was good yogurt and fresh apples and coffee all day long.

  : The front desk staff are horrible! Extremely rude and told our guest that they did not have a room available for them but after the fact found out we had 3 rooms that were left empty because the staff said they did not have a room. One of our guests decided they had to leave because the room smelled like smoke and mildew to the point where they became ill. Front desk staff would also make rude comments to our party as we were coming and going to our rooms.

  : Staff called my cell and text while I was out saying she received several complains my puppy was barking nonstop. I left the Theater with my husband and rush down to hotel only to have her tell me that she received 3 complains that he was barking ( no mention of the non-stop barking she previously mentioned) . when I got to the room he was sleeping on further questioning I was made to understand he was probably barking when someone passed by the door. I used to love staying here with my family and pet even though there are so many other choices in the area. Its a pet friendly hotel so a dog barking now and again should not be caused for panic. Hopefully we will have a better experience next time if we choose to stay here in the future.
