  : Air conditioner did not work, No hot water in shower, bed keeps sliding off of platform ,No shampoo

  : The location is great and the rates are good. The cleaning staff did a great job during the week.
  : Plumbing issues,that were resolved however after the non flushing commode was fixed the bathroom sink was still slow to drain and the drain insert for the tub is laying on the side. The WiFi never worked and repeatedly informed the office during our week stay, to no avail. All of the walkways need to be cleaned and power washed.

  : No breakfast provided, no shampoo., conditioner, lotion, etc, but did provide Kleenex when asked. It’s a long term stay residence hotel so short term stay folks don’t get all the toiletries they normally do. That was OK because I had enough of my own and they make them available for purchase for those who don’t. Loved the size, the kitchen with a decent sized fridge and freezer ( I needed to freeze my ice packs) the bed was good, and they gave me a ground floor unit so I didn’t have to carry luggage up stairs ( I’m 77). Staff were lovely and very helpful.
  : Finding it could have been easier, my GPS took me right past it and the sign into it is small, which I missed. Then the desk clerks gave me a different address which was 1/2 away across town, then gave me the 1st address on my 2nd call. Eventually, when she said the restaurant it was near, I realized I’d seen the restaurant and was able to find it. Free Internet is slow and not secure (no password) To get a decent speed and secure network, you have to pay extra.

  : Although we did not use it (was only an overnight), the small kitchen in the unit was nice. Would certainly prompt me to book here again for an extended stay.
  : A/C didn't seem to regulate that well. When it got too cold we had to just turn it off. Not a big issue though since it was a very hot day and was great to have a strong AC unit to cool things quickly.

  : The staff here always impress. After an unforeseen problem with the room the staff responded quickly and fairly. Things do go wrong sometimes and it comes down to how the host deals with it. We will stay here again.
