  : The balcony views were spectacular, the pools were great, the staff was very accommodating. The only glitch was the air conditioning system was sketchy, and the front door of our room needs to be repaired because it gets stuck.
  : The food & restaurant options were limited on the property but not really a problem since others are close by. Not much not to like.

  : They put so many holds on my account. I ended up aging $1053 for my stay but my account was charged double that and told my money should be released in 3 to 5 days!

  : The balcony view was nice! The view at their restaurant was nice! The food was okay . The hotel room was awful dingy and falling apart! The bed was hard and uncomfortable! The door to the balcony was hard to open/close! The costumer service and the way they handle true complaints was unacceptably horrible!
  : The room they assigned us was awful,dingy and falling apart! The service was unacceptable! In our 1st day, I complained that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working and the closet's paints are peeling off! The closet was broken! the whole closet was falling apart! And that we need to move to another room. The response? they can't because they are fully booked! Give a $50 credit. And The next day I notified the front desk that the air-condition was making a loud noise all night and I have not slept a bit! I requested to be move to another room! Clerk said to check that afternoon they have someone checking out from the other building. But when I check back they act like they have not heard my case before. Then said they can't help me, moving to other room. My family and I stayed on that horrible room for the entirety of our vacation! That was an expensive room! We got a bit credit but it did not help at all for the bad treatment, stress and uncomfortableness that we experienced! Worst service and treatment and hotel service I ever had ever! Will not come back and I don't recommend staying the place!
