: We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Barbara messaged us before our arrival and met us when we drove in. There is a large parking area at her home. The apartment is large and spacious with a large sheltered balcony with chairs and several clothes lines. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a washing machine available to use downstairs. The WiFi was also good. Exploring old Motovun requires an uphill walk but we found the apartment to be a convenient base to visit the old town, take a hike to a nearby hill town (8 miles RT), pick up things from the small grocery store across the street, etc. Barbara was a very friendly, knowledgeable host. She recommended some good local restaurants, particularly Konoba Dolina about 8 km away (but worth the short drive).

: Spacious well equipped character property with a nice balcony to watch the sunset from. Garden delightful to sit in. Steps up to Motovun just across the road. Barbara is a wonderful host.

: This is an apartment with a large terrace on the 2nd floor of the building. The house stands at the foot of the hill on which the ancient city of Motovun is located. Now it is a center of eco-tourism and truffles. At a distance of 500 meters - a wonderful private winery Tomaz. At a distance of 18 km - the wonderful medieval Grozhnyan. At a distance of 8 km - the village of Ipsa, where excellent olive oil is produced (there is a tasting). There is a grocery store and a market near the house. A good place to stop for a few days.
