  : The room is very comfortable with the view on the city. We went to the swimming pool and hammam/ sauna and had a good time. The waiter at the restaurant was nice.
  : The hairdryer was not working, the shower knob was also broken. A welcoming drink or a bottle of water would have been nice.

  : The first hostess who greeted us and checked us in was simply magnificent (unfortunately she didnt have a badge), the staff in the restaurant and especially the waiter Senad, the masseur was just incredibly good (she also didnt have a badge), the pool was wonderful, the location was wonderful.
  : The spa and sauna did not work (everything the hotel was chosen for), the hotel did not take care of the employees, and there was ONE single masseuse in the hotel, who simply had a full appointment without a break, and it was not possible to give a massage as long as we would like to. Also in the evening, I asked for clean towels, and clearly said that I would PERSONALLY come down and pick them up, and there was already another hostess (not the one who checked us in), and in the end, an incomprehensible man came to the room and WOKE UP MY HUSBAND, you see, the hostess sent him to carry them(towels). There is no limit to anger and indignation, and the most disgusting thing was at the end, we checked out, but due to the fact that I forgot my gift in the room, I returned two hours later from another city, a positive moment, I was even allowed to search the room, but there It was already cleaned, and the same hostess who greatly ruined the mood with her behavior with the towels only reluctantly called the cleaning lady and asked about my item, and naturally it wasnt there, an incredibly rude girl ruined my birthday.

  : Internet were slow, TV channels were low quality due to poor connectionFront desk staff should be more friendly and helpful, security at hotel is bit aggressive and can't let you bring your car up to drop your luggage, toilet has bad odour, room carpet is dirty and had a lot of stains, morning breakfast is very simple.At checkout front desk requested 8km as (city Tax) and checkout time is 11am while other hotels at 12pmUnpleasant experience, will never come again.

  : Amazing views. Comfortable rooms.
  : No kettle and tea or coffee in the room. Very small single elevator in the hotel which is usually crowded with tourist groups. Breakfast is ok but limited and the coffee machine products tasted .
