  : In the hotel was too hot everywhere. In the room was difficult to sleep. At breakfast I was sweating, I guess it was around 30 degrees. TV shows only Russian channels. No any international. WiFi registration so complicated, because you can do it only if you have a Russian phone number. Otherwise you need reception staff help.

  : Food was good, delectable and that young guy of 24 years lean was helpful but again short height man with half sleeve white shirt and KPMG keychain was worst man of this World.
  : There was only one young guy whose age is 24 was able to speak in English and he was helpful. Now come to second person who was dangerous and harassing. I don't know the name of that person but his age is somewhere 40 short height always with the keychain of KPMG in his upper pocket. He is the most ill-mannered person I have seen doesn't know how to behave with tourists. We were new to the city and stayed for 5 days we asked for few little things and he got Irritated with normal questions and talking improperly with us. He did not help us Infact He did the best to throw us into Trouble we stayed for 5 days and then we checked out we again came in the evening like 10pm to check-in again and he denied and said there is no room for you. We paid a good amount to avail your services and was not asking to offer anything to us for free. If this is the way you will run your hospitality services I am sorry to say it will soon be shut. Then we went to a very good hotel in the same price range a bit costlier Miner difference but they offered us the services like top of this world and the proof is we know the name of that guy who treated us like Customer and in your hotel nobody's name we know.Simply Pathetic Guy short height white half sleeved shirt and KPMG keychain. I would recommend you to throw him Out.We liked the city very much and people very much except this single man in Moscow.

  : The location is great, right next to metro and the bus station - very convenient. There are many shops around and a big mall.
  : -It was so hot inside the rooms I was sweating. I argued with them and they brought me a small fan because they said that the AC is not working. After I complained to Booking.com they fixed it the next day.Also I was asked why do I complain about the heat if I come from Israel..very nice-The bed is uncomfortable and you can actually feel the lumps when laying down. -I was always asking for toilet paper because the cleaning lady never renewed it on her own.. also very annoying There is much more .. I didn’t enjoy my stay. But I stayed for 3 weeks. I guess if you are coming for few days only (in case the AC is working) you’ll be fine.
