  : The room was very nice, clean, well decorated. I found it quite convenient. Location is very good.
  : My room was just next to the reception, and the door/walls weren't that thick, so I could hear what is going on there and vice versa, so I felt there is no much privacy.Also, when I arrived, I learned that my payment wasn't carried out through booking.com, but instead it should be made at the reception. So I offered to pay by card, but I was told that "today" the machine doesn't work, and they offered me to pay in cash. I don't carry such amounts with me, so they tried to convince me to go to the bank and withdraw money, but after me insisting making the payment through booking.com and my card details which were saved there, they made a phone call and the payment went through.I really didn't like this approach by them, sending the guest to look for an ATM to withdraw high amounts of money, paying a fee for that, when all I want to do is to get to my room and rest. It added unnecessary stress to me during check-in, worrying how I should pay for the room.The place doesn't have any laundry service either, and all you can find nearby is dry cleaning, which is expensive.

  : Great value for reasonable price. Location is amazing, just a few minutes walking for metro, 15 minutes from Red square. Quiet downtown. Small and cosy hotel. Nice and beautiful rooms. Very clean. Comfortable bed.
  : Sorry for being demanding but there are too many warning writings in the room and on the walls like you should check out before 11.30 a.m. or you can not use kitchen after 22.00 or the room will be cleaned every fourth day and if you throw your towels on the floor it’s literally your problem. They reminded me Soviet time. And I was asked to pay for the hotel by cash which is weird and inconvenient of course. Overall I liked the place and would stay here again but cash payment doesn’t work for me.

  : Location is excellent! 5 minute walk to a metro station, 2min walk to Tverskaya street, a lot of restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. This is one of the few hostels in the area with a private bathroom and shower for a fair price.The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were clean, it has a mini fridge, teapot with free tea bags and sugar.Friendly staff, the entrance is not on the main street but they send you a WhatsApp message with details on how to get there from the nearest metro so is easy to find. It’s a great place for a short stay
  : It is noisy, the rooms are separated by false walls so you can hear everything around your room, I mean you can hear how your neighbors are taking a shower at 6.30am.

  : Although the room was small for 4 people but it was what I expected for the price we've paid. With this price it was better that I've expected. I loved the water pressure and cleanliness of the room. We've arrived late but the staff waited for us to check in and also assisted us with our visa registration with no cost!!
