  : Very pleasant hotel equipped with full kitchen, filtered water, hot water and tea, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff! In a nice area of Moscow (within the ring) and close to the metro (about 10 minutes walk to Kurskaya/Chkalovskaya). Bathroom was very clean and L'Occitane shampoo and body wash were provided. Daily cleaning service was also provided. The location was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay!
  : The 10 minute walk to the metro might be slightly daunting for those less familiar with Moscow. I would recommend having a map handy and/or planning your route prior to arriving!

  : Askander, the 1st receptionist, was very polite, helpful and professional. The room itself was clean, the linen and towels smelled nicely and were undoubtedly clean (you will be surprised to know how often I found the opposite in othet hotels I wax staying in)L'Occitane toiletries! It really makes you feel welcome and demonstrates respect and hospitality.Except for the 2nd receptionist the hotel proved to have rather quiet and comfortable rooms to stay in
  : The receptionist who was working on the 2nd day of my stay wasn't present at the counter in the evening and left the entrance door open so I didn't feel safe. It was also annoying as she was talking loudly by the cell phone with someone and my room happened to be the very next to the reception so I heard the talk clearly and had difficulty falling asleep (which I needed greatly as it was a businesd trip). If the hotel manager cares about their guests I would suggest taking some measures so that a receptionist behaves professionally as the boy who met me on my first night did (thank you so much, Askander! You were really welcoming and helpful)I would also suggest paying attention to the quality of toilet cleaning as removing a 'disinfected' band I was disappointed to discover that the seat wasn't perfectly clean.

  : My room was so small, even I couldn't put my suitcase somewhere in the room. Also, my room was in the first floor and a lil bit smelling.

  : Location was good. Clean overall.
  : Noisy neighbors, and probably not from this hotel, but from apartments upstairs. Nothing to choose from at the breakfast - when trying to be gluten free, that's really a problem.
