  : We had been staying in this apartment for 5 days. So, let’s get down to facts and our impressions. We were promised to be checked-in starting from 14 p.m. In fact, we came to the address at 15.30, and we had to wait for 20 minutes as we couldn’t reach a realtor on the phone. When at last we came into the apartment we met a cleaning lady. It turned out, she had started cleaning by the time we came...We had to wait, sitting on the sofa without possibility to change clothes and to visit a restroom. The funny moment: when the cleaning lady took out washed bed lining from a washing machine, she told us: “Let it dry here” (in the middle of the apartment, on the drying frame...). What a luxury place:))) In fact, we could use the apartment starting from 6.30 p.m., when the cleaning was done.Expecting the other service we called the realtor, but all she told us is to cancel the booking so that she could make a 3.000 rub. compensation. We refused to do that. Then she told us to find another place to settle in... No excuses at all. We had no time and no willing to start looking for a new place so all we could do is to agree to stay there and pay the full amount. Not looking at the fact that we started living there in the evening.On the photos the apartment looks much better. The photos at booking are outdated. Now the place needs many things to be repaired/replaced (have a look at the pics). The flat is spacious and bright though. There are many large windows. Some other interesting things:-there’s no bathroom plug to take a bath;-no dumpsters outside;-too hot inside the apartment.The greatest positive things are the location and the view from the window! They are just amazing! Tverskaya street is magnificent both in the morning and in the evening. Can we say that this apartment is luxury? Location and apartment size-yes. Attitude to the client and the condition of the flat-no. Make your own conclusion:)

  : Not clean enough, hard to communicate with them, they didn’t accept early check in even for 20 minutes before they refused !And it was really hard to get early check out !
