  : The apartment is located in the good location: plenty of good restaurants around (in the building as well as in the shopping center). Huge shopping center is only 5 min from the building with lots of shops. Subway is 5 min away. Apartment itself is well equipped and managed. security in the lobby of the building. so it was good enough for me. I stayed here several times alone and with my parents. quite satisfied. thanks to Anna for support.

  : The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable. We got the missing stuff (e.g. a duvet cover for the 3rd guest) after asking. Great location, just a short walk away from the CSKA metro station. Fast WiFi, no problem connecting. The TV had quite a lot of channels. A huge shopping center just across the street, a lot of small shops nearby. Much recommended if you don't mind the lack of hotel facilities.
  : "Languages we speak: English, Russian" - well that was a lie, our host didn't speak a word of English. Thankfully one of us could speak quite ok Russian, but had no means of typing properly, so as I was the one doing the most communication, I had to try a mix of languages, there were misunderstandings. This is still fine, happens. What made me break out in a cold sweat was the payment. On the first night, our host let us into the room and asked how we want to pay. We wanted to pay by cash. She took the money (200 rub too much), promised to give back the change as well as a payment confirmation, because I insisted, but never came back that night. It's my fault that I wasn't more insistent, I admit - the person who actually handed over the money (the Russian speaker) was just too naïve. Even without ill will, it's possible to just forget we paid, I didn't see her note anything down. I kept asking for the confirmation for the whole stay. Evening before our departure we got an invoice stating the amount we HAVE TO PAY (all in Russian) and a disclaimer that we have no claims about the service and are perfectly happy. What a joke, except not funny. When asked, the lady said that was the only thing she could issue for a cash payment. So in case she eventually forgot that we already paid and charged my card, what am I supposed to show to booking com or my bank? After I insisted enough, suddenly it was possible to get a photo of a "payment received" receipt.And of course, it's not much, but still, we never got our change back.There was stuff in the fridge after the previous guests. The windows let in a bit of wind, but the whole apartment was heated on the verge of too much, so it didn't bother us.Everything else was great, I just advise everyone to be careful and thorough with their requests.

  : Location is good, the hosts are nice and the apartment clean and comfortable, everything necessary is inside.
  : I would put a desk lamp next to the bed. And it would be nice if it is possible completely blind the curtains during the night time.

  : Too little kitchen appliances but if you are staying for a couple of days and not going to cook a big dinner, should be enough.
