  : Breakfast was standard, ok, room was more or less clean, only bathroom tile seams near the floor were dirty, you know long time no proper cleaning. Junior suite is a perfect choice for families with children, with reasonable price change you will get quite a comfortable solution compared to one room variant. One guard was helpful when I was asking smth. Mostly workers have positive attitude to clients but managing is from Soviet time so real good service never appears bec no multitasking allowed. Shuttle bus to nearest metro station is good and helpful if you are able to use also good Moscow public transportation.
  : Russia is always Russia and these Hotels which have existing already Soviet time cannot change their culture. New stuff (even young people) act like Soviet time))). For example when coming to hotel, I didnt actually wait the porter so I found some trolleys nicely put near the front door, none of them had proper wheels, all flat))). Nobody acted to help me, one admin guy was just standing and looking valuable... Receptionist told us that she will call a porter, good!, And when she called to admin finally we understood there was nobody to help us.... So I returned to original plan and took the luggage myself, not using any equipment... In Russian system in organizations everyone keeps the clearly defined task given, no multitasking anywhere, no service according to situation, thats why everything works so clumsy. Actually the reason for this is the culture and managing, which is not changing anyhow to modern way. But I knew this, so mostly this was just a good joke!! There were also some more stories like this but too long to write... But you need to see this yourself and enjoy!!! Room service worked very fast!!! (reason most likely that they worked only with cash money...)))))
