  : This hotel was absolutely not like in pictures! Hotel is in the old building with a few other different services as hookah bar, gym, pub! So the entrance is not clean. Nobody will help you with the luggage. Walls are thin so you can hear what happens on the street or to hear nearest tram. This hotel doesn’t cost this money.

  : TL;DR;DEAR HOTEL MANAGEMENT/OWNERSPlease adjust your room photos on the booking.com so the room photos would actually match the room facilities. Right now y are doing a disservice for an otherwise nice hotel of yours.Please also put an effort to train your staff on communication skills.——— long read starts here ——-Misleading (at the borderline of the fraudulent) room photos.Basically you see the freestanding tub in bedroom on the photo of the “superior”room that you are booking (via booking.com app but when you arrive at the property you’d been told that “not all rooms are the same and you had to tell us that you want a freestanding tub in advance and right now we don’t have any room with a freestanding tub available”.Ok, what about the fact that it looks like every single room on this hotel has its own “page” on the booking.com (that’s the reason you always see that “only 1 room of this type left”) and there’s simply no need to include a photo of the freestanding tub in each rom that in fact doesn’t have it unless... Unless someone is too lazy and/or “it’s good for the business” as the saying goes.When I asked if I can speak to somebody (“call the manager” stunt) to give a feedback and to ask to change misleading photos so next visitors would actually benefit from my confusing experience then I’ve been told that there no manager is in the sight for the next three days and, you know, “nobody’s gonna change booking.com photos anyway”.And, oh please, I wish I had a recording of my exchange with the front desk because the tone and the communication demeanor of the lobby person was so hilariously unfriendly I couldn’t believe it :)
