  : - very friendly and very helpful staff. most speak very good english. helped finding the place, good reachability on WhatsApp, late night checkin no problem- room large, large bath room and reasonably quiet- location 10min walk from Belaruskaya (but not nice neighbourhood or walk)- good coffee at breakfast
  : - not very nice area or building, hotel not sign-posted (also not in cyrillic)- room looks old and lived in, value not great (was a last minute booking, had to take what was available...)- breakfast consists of plastic wrapped Russian snacks, not breakfast foods, also not Russian breakfast foods (but good coffee and friendly service)- Wifi slow and unreliable

  : The hotel is very close to railway station and subway station. Room design is nice, overall impression is pleasant.
  : It is not obvious how to enter the hotel. I’d recommend adding a short instruction to site/profile. Reception is on underground floor and the first impression is that the place is strange. Cafe is simple. No safe case in rooms.

  : The partition walls are so thin that I heard guys from neighbouring like we were in same room. They sang songs in midnight. I tried to call reception but the Phone in room didn't work.

  : The staff are super nice and receptionists speak English 24/7 . Location is 10 minutes walk from metro station and 3 minutes from buss station. Fast WiFi
  : Location is little tricky for the first time. Room service could be improved.

  : it was hard to find the hotel, it doesn't have an obvious sign or Entrance, had to look for it for a while. the Entrance to the hotel gets filled with water when it rains.

  : Extremely polite personal.This one member, who did spoke English, she came out to greet me, on the next street, because the ride share missed the location.Because I came earlier then expected, I was offered complimentary tea and my room was ready in no time.Free baggage storage was offered to me.Also, since I had valuables I didn't way to carry around the town and didn't want to leave in the room, they stored them in the hotel vault, free of charge.The style of the entire place was very nice and consistent.
  : Only one member of staff spoke English.In the room, behind the drapes and in front of the window, there was some dirt.
