: Morzine Ski Chalets have unfortunately given me one of the worst customer experiences of my time travelling. In a time that is so challenging for all, we have suffered a really upsetting and cold response from MSC. Despite us showing patience and sensitivity to the stressful and sudden impacts of the government lockdown in France, MSC have shown zero empathy towards us despite the closure of the resorts being completely beyond our control. We have continually sought to offer solutions, such as postponing the booking to next year, or a partial refund, where neither party is left without anything. Sadly, MSC have withheld our full payment with no compromise. As a regular visitor to Morzine, I think it is important to warn you of their disappointing handling of this situation. Weve been left at a complete loss and they dont even have the decency to respond to our most recent emails.

: This is an excellent property at a very good price. Set a little out of morzine but we knew we would be driving anyway. We actually skied in Avoriaz as the snow was better and it was only a 5 minute drive to a chairlift that linked to Avoriaz. The chalet was lovely seemed nice and new, all en-suite rooms great for 8 lads. Got taxis to town each evening for 10-15 euros no problem. Absolutely ace holiday.
: Cant beat it for the money but only issue is its slightly out of town
