  : Under construction when we arrived which we didn’t know. It was very dirty while they were working on it.

  : Rooms were not clean, bed linens had stains all over them, breakfast was terrible no syrup at all and we were there for 4 days, even though said no smoking you could smell smoke in rooms, people just coming in and out of hotel that weren't staying there, no monitoring of facilities

  : The waffle batter was flavorful.
  : Difficult and sketchy entrance of the main road. There were so many cigarettes and Marijuana smells everywhere. I stood on the first floor close the the check-in counter and it seemed like those working there didn't care about any of it. People were smoking so much in the rooms that the smells came into our rooms as if we were smoking. The amount of noise that was allowed past the quiet hours amazed me. It was almost 1 am and there were people and kids, yelling, screaming, and running up and down the halls (all of which were right next to the check-in counter) and they did nothing to correct the issue. Only when I called since it was outrageous and my kids were crying from not being able to sleep, did they tell them to stop. I would understood if it was on a different floor, but.even on the 1st floor in the hall next to them did they do anything to correct the issue, showing their lack of concern for everyone staying there. Wasn't able to use the pool, but the first floor was also a slipping hazard since the people that did use the pool would run in and out of the lobby. Honestly, the entire stay was more than disappointing. I know you aren't responsible for the people who go there, but you are responsible for enforcing the hotel rules for all Occupants so that we can all enjoy our stay. Do not recommend staying here at all. Dirty marks on the walls, and no hot water or coffee available in the lobby (it was all cold). My worst hotel stay.

  : Other than the fact it was close to our tournament, nothing!
  : Our walls in the bathroom had some sort of substance on them, red color. There were hand prints on the headboard showing us that was never cleaned. There was a cup of water in a nightstand when we arrived. ‘Help’ was scribbled on the phone in the room. At least 2 days in a row there was no syrup for the waffles for breakfast, we didn’t even try the 3rd morning. There were never enough towels in the pool area. They had no ‘change’ on site where we could cash in money for quarters for the washer/dryer. There was a fireworks store right next door & they were letting those customers park in the hotel parking.
