  : The breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice of drinks and delicious food available. The pool was clean and surrounding area well looked after. Mario was very helpful and advised on local restaurants and places of interest to visit.

  : Set in the most beautiful location with stunning views the host Mario was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided recommendations for dinner which did not disappoint.

  : Homemade cake on 2nd morning (No fresh bread or pastries on first morning, only long life packet bread and cakes). Bedroom was large and clean (but no bottled water and not even a glass to drink the tap water). Beautiful views of surrounding mountains.
  : We chose this property because it was advertised as having a private pool. There was a pool, it was not private but shared with 6 guests. The pool size was okay but the area around the pool was very small and totally inadequate for 6 guests. To add to this there were only 2 sun beds - both of these were used entirely by an Italian couple who left their towels on the beds for the entire day including the afternoon whilst they were in their bedroom, preventing anyone else from using them. During this time they also left all the debris from their lunch snacks and drinks on the only tiny rectangular table - extremely inconsiderate and selfish! On the 1st morning there was no fresh bread or pastries, and no juice. On the 2nd morning there was juice but it was fizzy indicating it had gone off (possible old or not refrigerated). The dining room table needed cleaning following previous use (sticky marks and stains etc). I contacted the owner 2 days before arrival to confirm our arrival time. Check in was stated as being from 1430 but I requested arrival at 1300-1400. We actually arrived at 1315 and there was nobody to meet us. We saw a lady getting into a car who said the owner would arrive at 1500. Fortunately we managed to work out which room was ours otherwise we would have been waiting in our car for 3 hours as the owner actually arrived at 1615. We didnt get any apology or welcome, just complaints that we had left some of our luggage outside and in the hall and we told to move it - without any assistance either. Had somebody met us at the property we could have asked where was best to store it. No fridge in the bedroom, hallway, or dining room so you cant chill anything. It was extremely hot so we expected to be able to chill bottled water we brought with us, especially as there was no bottled water in the bedroom and not even a glass to drink the tap water. The owner did put our bottled water in his own extremely full kitchen fridge which was inconvenient

  : a beautiful house in a beautiful setting charmingly decorated rooms Mormanno is very small & quiet
  : a little too much off the beaten track advertised as providing cold cuts & cheeses but landlord said this was only in July & August landlord / owner charming but seemed to be losing enthusiasm at the end of the season
