  : Katie was very welcoming and accomodating to our needs. The ease of check-in/out was superb. I enjoyed the omlette for breakfast.
  : We stayed in the William Norris Suite, plenty of space for us. I didn't like the thermostat controller and main light switch outside of the room, but this wouldn't deter me from booking again.

  : Nicely appointed rooms. AC worked great and super comfy bed. Katie accommodated our every need!
  : Location is a little more out of the way than what I was expecting. I was thinking it was more of an in-town location but that was all on me as I didn’t investigate prior. But everything you need is just a short drive away.

  : Light switch outside of room. Pillow cases kind of smelled musty. Traffic noise outside pretty annoying

  : did not actually have breakfast as we had made arrangements the day before with Katie to not bother them getting up we had to leave early anyway.. but a bagel would be nice in the morning if she didn't mind... Katie was so nice and sweet. very helpful.... told us there was a tea kettle in the kitchen if we wanted to make tea that way...our room was absolutely perfect and beautiful I loved it... the fire place was nice but our room did get very very hot! so we had to turn off the fire place..
  : there could have been some napkins or a toaster for us to toast our bagel before leaving in the morning. there were lots of dirty dishes in the sink I felt like I was in their private owners kitchen which was fine... but then i didn't want to open the refrigerator and look for butter... or snoop around to find a toaster... nor did I find a tea kettle or tea bag for in the morning. so that was a bit of a bummer.There was a little kid knocking on our door earlier in the evening and when I asked if I could help them they said no and then left.

  : To be honest there is not much to pick from. The bed was comfy, plenty of lighting options in the room. At a stretch I could say their was an open supply of bath and bedroom products right outside the room.
  : Property entrance was straight into someones private kitchen, quite messy. Staff was quite rude during check in, not even offered a seat. Room we were given was not the same as what we had booked. What you cannot tell from the pics is you are in the middle of a busy housing estate yards from a main road. At breakfast again staff was rude, just did not seem like a place where the staff enjoy what they do. The whole property seems more like someones private residence rather than a B&B and we were just in the way spoiling their weekend.
