  : I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was, to put it mildly, absolutely atrocious and falls far below the standards one would expect from any accommodation, let alone your reputed establishment.We booked a room at your hotel for two days but, to our shock and dismay, we found ourselves unable to stay in the room for even a few hours. The moment we checked in and entered the room, it was clear that the place was simply uninhabitable.The room was terribly dirty, and there was an unbearable stench that filled the air. To our horror, we found what seemed to be vomit on the floor and the sight was absolutely sickening. To further compound our disgust, we found hair and numerous dirty stains on the bed linen. It was as if the room had not been cleaned for a very long time.Such a situation is not just highly unpleasant, it is also a serious breach of basic health and hygiene standards. To escape from this horrific experience, we had to immediately book another hotel at an additional cost to us.Given the dire conditions we encountered, we were not able to make use of the room we had booked and paid for. Therefore, I demand a full refund for our booking. I believe this is the least you can do under the circumstances, and I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.

  : The rooms dirty i rented 3 rooms found other people's clothes in 1 room. Carpet stain walls dirty. I spoke with front desk and they didn't do anything. I do not recommend this hotel.

  : Quiet and quaint. The Jetted tub is the best Ive been in compared to other hotels.
  : There isnt much I did not like. Bed is a little stiff and springy. The furniture is definitely old but other than that, we liked our stay.

  : Everything, it was disgusting. Dirty. Bed cover when pulled back had burn holes all over it. It looked like it was from 1975. Carpets have stains all over them. Tables were scratched as if people were chopping food on them. The room was unable to be sat in for fear of bed bugs or worse. Totally unacceptable and uncouth. I had to go find a clean hotel and spend hundreds of dollars more and wasted time from visiting with my classmates from high school. I asked for a full refund, but they declined. I am still waiting for a refund. I even had to switch the first room on the highway side it was as bad as the second room. I expect a full refund and wonder why booking.com allow company's like this as clients.They even charge 20.00 each hour if you check out late. This was the first Red flag!!Don't let the name fool you...Executive (not)

  : It was clean and comfortable, and location was great. Landscaping was beautiful.
  : TV didn't work, took them two hours to try and fix, then they gave us another room..breakfast was terrible, milk was sour so you couldn't even have cereal.
