  : Good location
  : Room was much smaller than expected. Self check in process was very unclear and the owner did not answer the phone when I couldn't find the room despite telling me he would be available if needed (the room is in a completely different building to check in so I ended up spending half an hour at 11pm trying to find it).

  : The room size was okay and the location was close to a lot of facilities.
  : Although you check in through the pub the hotel is separate and in a bit of a weird spot, the door is hard to find so once you have checked in and gone out and about you have to remember where it is as there isnt much signs etc to show you where the hotel is, can be tricky to find. We found our windows directly faced other windows and people could see into our room, we checked in on a Saturday and found the area to be very noisy. There was a lot of noise from early hours Sunday from the surrounding facilities and its a struggle to sleep.

  : Very helpful staff, easy to find location, close to ALdi and beach.
  : Heating had to be switched on every 2 hours during the night, wifi did not work in the beginning but was fixed for us, no hangers in the bathroom to hang your towels on, fridge did not have a freezer which would have come handy for us but it's ok. We did not get put up in the room I booked but in another one nearby , next to a noisy bar but being Saturday night, that's understandable and the noise subsided after 11pm.

  : Noise from the pub in the mornings but wasnt too badI paid 5 per night for parking but was blocked in each morning and had to wait over an hour the 2nd day to get out!

  : A lot of painting and decorating going on ,stuff left out on the stair abd entrance
  : It was OK near weatherspoons for breakfast

  : it was clean and warm and the TV worked well, sometimes when I stay in budget accommodation the TV has v poor reception
  : I didnt know there was guest Wifi until the morning. Couldnt close the window. The room could have done with a chair in it, there was nowhere to put my clothes

  : Only thing I think would have been good is maybe some mini shower gels/shampoo and hairdryer as in my experience hotels usually have these so didnt bring my own.

  : The mattresses were uncomfortable but it was very inexpensive
