  : I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. When I walked down there was an employee at the desk and no one in the lobby area. Unsure why the phone wasn't answered. The garbage can under the sink in the kitchenette was full to the top from the previous guest and not changed before I checked in. There was no bedding in the room for the foldout bed. And the room had a hospital room/sick kind of smell.

  : All the staff that we met were very pleasant. When I booked our suite, I took every precaution in making sure a non - accessible room, I even called after booking and was assured I would get a regular suite. Well, I didnt get what I had booked and when I explained the situation to the person at the Front Desk (Mya Tillmon) there wasnt much she could do at that time but because of her professionalism, calm, kind demeanor she made that pill easy to swallow. Good customer service is getting harder to come by nowadays. I think you have a diamond. Thank you, Mya Tillmon.
