  : The woman at the night desk was very nice and efficient. When I had to request another room because the bed had not been changed, she moved me right away.
  : The first room I was given had a used tissue and hair on the sheets under the bedspread. The staff moved me to another room immediately. But it was disappointing to have that happen at this hotel. Which is my go-to brand.
