  : Fantastic location - very centric yet quiet, close to many popular spots and restaurants. Lovely host Laeticia who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The apartment may be small but it is very well distributed, beautifully decorated, and clean. The only thing missing was a coffee maker of some kind; other than that, I had a superb stay and would not hesitate to book again :)

  : top floor. no elevator. tight spiral stone stairs. poor lighting. no warning on website. Door handles loose. lights not working.

  : -Very well located-The bed was super confortable and the bedding clean-Didnt meet the owner but the communication was good: instructions to get the keys were very clear. They let us check out later so we could leave our bags in the loft, which was much appreciated -Kitchen well equipped
  : -Flat was super cold in winter - there is a heater in the bathroom which was good but the heater in the main room (air con unit) is very poor and didnt heat the room. Poor insulation.-The flat was not 100% clean. There was some carpets on the floor which didnt seem clean and also the sofa. The rest was clean.

  : Central location in lively neighbourhood, within walking distance from the Saint Roch train station. If your train arrives at the Sud de France station, you can take a shuttle bus / tram to the centre. Cosy place with a personal touch, overall well equipped for a short stay. Friendly and helpful host.
  : Although the apartment definitely has a certain charm, it has some disadvantages too, and it may not be appealing to everyone: To reach the apartment, one has to climb a rather barren stone staircase to the third floor. The apartment is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. One has to climb a wooden ladder to the sleeping area, the ceiling of which is really low (the highest point is about 1.5 m).

  : Cute little Garret looking over rooftops. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, good location. Good wifi.
  : Communication poor, without lady in shop on street we couldn't get in. 3rd story (in Canada 4th) of steep winding tall steps with poor lighting. Scary gunge growing on tiles in bathroom, broken toilet seat (she knew but not fixed). Lights over kitchen area did not work (she knew). She arrived promptly the next morning for payment.

  : The location was perfect and the cost was within my budget.
  : When I arrived, I noticed that many areas and surfaces werent clean: hair and stains on a rug, table top wasnt wiped, dust under the bed. The shower tiles were broken in an area and in general there were hard water stains in the bathroom and kitchen. I didnt use the tea kettle in the kitchen due to this and the sink sponge wasnt clean. I bought toilet paper and new sink sponges and left them there for other guests. Also, there was a butt of a joint in the bathroom garbage can.
