  : The location was fabulous. At one end of the lane was a square with buzzing restaurant action and from there around the corner were all the shops and more restaurants etc. At the other end of the lane you were on a main road and could see the LArc de Triomphe. Yasmina (or Jasmina) was lovely and helpful. We didnt have time for her breakfast, but she was up early to get it ready for us not knowing we had to get going. The little patio area is nice for a coffee while you sit and look down the street. The room we had was facing the street, but with the fan going the voices from the street didnt both us. Besides we could have closed the windows. The room is small, yes, but we were only using it for sleeping and we had enough room to place our suitcases and open them. The bathroom was nice. Sheets were crisp.
  : There is a short, narrow set of about 15 steps to get up. Very manageable though. Also the property is on a laneway, so cant be reached by car. Our taxi dropped us off at the end and it was a short 1 min walk to the front door.

  : The place is in a great location, unique and lovely. Montpellier itself is lovely and well worth visiting. I would recommend this B&B for people who are travelling light as it is tricky to access with heavy bags and the room quite small for two people. Breakfast was excellent! Would definitely suit people travelling light.
