  : The offsite hotel/motel is disgusting. This is where third party booking stuck us without bothering to mention it. I never would have paid 200 to stay at an off site gross location overlooking a trailer park.

  : The hotel sent us to an off site location that was actually a motel without any of the main amenities. No apologies from the staff. Such a scam.

  : the lady who checked me in was very friendly. She was working hard to answer questions from other guests while attending everyone else. She had a hard job on this particular Saturday night. You could tell that she was getting a lot of grief about sending people to the off-site location.
  : I paid $200 dollars for a room down the road that was in a renovated motel. I was told that I could come back and use the pool, hot tub and breakfast....not cool!.......this place down the road was grim. This is false advertising, the Motel room down the road looked nothing like the Hotel in the photo on line. The motel down the road was on a noisy side road, cigarette butts on the ground outside my room, trailer park was across the street, toilet kept running, AC set to economy mode shut off after minutes of use.......this Motel is not what I expected from Super 8, their standards are higher than this overflow unit that they put guests in when they are too full. I have photos of everything I'm talking about.

  : Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was tasty. It was comfortable and clean. Didnt have a trolley for luggage but the wagon was as good.
