  : The location of the property was convenient, with only a 10-minute drive to Como and approximately 45 minutes to central Bellagio. The proximity to a supermarket and fast food options was also a plus. Additionally, there was plenty of space for parking, and we felt secure on the gated property.The staff at the property were very accommodating. Despite the language barriers, they made an effort to communicate with us, even using tools like Google Translate. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.Overall, I found the property to be suitable for a short stay and would consider staying again in the future.
  : During our visit, we encountered some challenges with regulating the temperature in the room. Despite the warm weather outside, we were unable to turn on the A/C as we were informed that heating and A/C usage are regulated in Italy, which came as a surprise to us as tourists. We understand the limitations, but we were disappointed that a fan, listed as an amenity, was not available for us to use as an alternative.Additionally, we found the sofa bed to be quite uncomfortable. The reception was not always available, which made it challenging to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
