  : The breakfast was good - albeit late on that morning - advised 8am however no staff there to provide this until around 8.30am.
  : The room was awful. Decor terrible - poor attempt at shabby chic. Only one bedside table, one bottle of water although two of us. The shower head was DISGUSTING - with green mould and when I mentioned this to reception I was just told that he would tell the cleaner. I did not have a shower during my stay as I was so afraid of Legionnaires disease or similar!

  : Tiny room too small for a double bed. Disinterested reeeption staff. Dirty bathroom, bedside light broken. Poor service in the restaurant from the chief waiter, but good service from the table waiter

  : The hotel was average , the staff were okay and that is about as good as it gets. The room was tired but adequate, it needed a lot of attention . Hole s in wall to side of window and where the toilet holder had been moved . I found the room extremely noisy due to traffic and the fan system did not cool the room down enough . I had to close the windows to block out the noise of traffic. One of the side tables was broken off and not there , it just needs more maintenance and someone to follow up to make sure it is done for guests.
  : Hotel maintenance , Staff need to smile more and make one feel welcome. I think all hotels should cater 7 days per week but it would seem Europe closes down for 2 days including the hotels they do provide the same service as they do from Tuesday through to Saturday. That is probably not the hotels fault but a work ethic issue in parts of Europe. The internet was atrocious I could hardly get use it as it was so slow and at times non existent. This was the most frustrating thing as I need an internet connection
