  : Poor customer service and poor breakfast. My cellphone broke and the front desk said there were no phones for customers to use despite me needing to make a phone call to let my family know I was safe and that I owed them $1 for trying to call them.

  : Nothing. We left and didn't stay overnight. Hard to get a hold of front desk. When checking I. Had to call multiple times from outside line. Couldn't find anyone at night for help with terrible room.
  : Hotel was not safe or sleepable.The facet in the sink didn't work, so I was going to use the tub facet to wash hands. Noticed tub was filling with water, and noticed a leak from the ceiling. Ceiling leak was source of smell. No front desk around to swap.

  : Ran out of room on not like: charge for suite when suite was technically not a suite. Bathtub/Jacuzzi broken couldn't use. What was online for pictures of room were nothing what the room looked like. DID NOT STAY. WANT A REFUND!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
  : no elevator,place was extremely run down,out dated,Wallpaper was coming off the walls in room. Carpet on stairs was missing and worn. No outside lights were on when pulled up and it was dark and raining out. No manager on duty to bring complaints too.
