B&B Hôtel Montauban

Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Budget hostel with convenient parking and a good balance of price and quality
: Mistakenly we booked a room for 2 people, but we were with a child 5 years old. I understand, that it is my mistake, but it is not a reason for stuff at the reception to be very unpolite and expressive. A loud voice from stuff and there are even no chances to explain from my side why it happened. I am not a pupil at the school and you are not my teacher. I am respectful of hostel rules, but, again it is not a reason to cry to your clients and try to teach them how to live in this life. It is very good if the madam at the reception next time will follow also the high standards of B&B hostels.

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: It was so easy to find from the motorway, it perfectly suited our needs. great selection of chain restaurants nearby on foot for dinner. La cote et larte was outstanding. Lots of ample secure parking for our van.
: It is basic but good value, could have done with a bath mat thats all.

Very Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Lovely hotel, great value for money & friendly staff

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Semi staffed but very helpful.
: Cleaning sweeping stairways bashing broom against stairs late at night when trying to get to sleep.

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Pretty much nothing
: The shower tray blocked, no soap, the AC not helpful for above room set up so no fit for purpose.

Good
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good.
: The room was very small. The check-in process via a machine was unexpected. There was insufficient information on the machine and in the sms that we received to allow a pleasant experience.
