  : We went in everywhere we could, to try and find out where the keys were. There was no one behind the reception desk, then we asked at the restaurant.
  : We went in everywhere we could, to try and find out where the keys were. There was no one behind the reception desk, then we asked at the restaurant. The beds were pretty basic and uncomfortable. The bedside touch lamp, becomes very hot to touch, these should be replaced. Breakfast was at the restaurant next door, with plenty of steps, I have recently had a knee replacement, walking stairs was very difficult. No one can speak English, or understand our Dutch, this was very surprising.

  : Cosy room in a "Gasthaus". Perfect for families, as it has a separate room with bunk bed, perfect for the kids! The hotel has a restaurant that you can use for dinner. Nice German breakfast ;)

  : Room was a good size and was very clean, with excellent shower. We enjoyed our included "Reich-haltiges Fruhstuck" i.e breakfast. The location is a few Km outside Monschau but it was a pleasant drive in to walk round the town and a lovely place to relax outside it.

  : The staff was super friendly. Everybody tried to speak in English. Breakfast was delicious. The guest house has free parking in front of the reception.
  : There is a bar on the premises, as well as a restaurant. It took more than an hour to receive our order. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty, tasteless, and overpriced in comparison with a rural location. It was noisy at night. Neither baby nor I could fall asleep at all. Some drunk people were having a party above our heads. Some locals were going around our windows, making rude comments, and laughing, looking at us like some zoo animals. Reception is closed at 9 PM, nobody could help us to deal with the noise. The mattress was hard as a rock, beds were super small and uncomfortable. The hotel looks nice from the outside with a traditional German facade, but inside everything was dusty and dark. We felt like at some motel, not a cozy guest house. We will never return to this place.
