  : Our incoming flight was delayed and we showed up late around 4 am (after calling ahead to let them know about the delay the day before). Upon arrival we were told their computer system was down and they didn't have a record of our booking, or the call we had made. We showed the desk attendant the booking confirmation via email and a printed version. We were told they couldn't tell which rooms were available, so we could not stay there. They shared we could get a refund the following day and insinuated that we should leave. However it was 4 am and we were exhausted. We had already paid and booked the rooms months ago. After negotiating for about 20 minutes, they were able to "find" two room, but they couldn't give us a key or wifi access (associated with the room number). The desk attendant acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay so we didn't have to sleep in our car - rather than proactively seeking a solution and apologizing.Additionally we were not told about the breakfast hours, so by the time I got up they were taking the food away and told me the buffet was closed. The morning staffer was able to make a key and give wifi access, but did not apologize or offer anything to make up for the terrible experience the night before. I would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. The unreliability, lack of professionalism and utter lack of hospitality contributed to the worst hotel experience that I have ever had.

  : Juanita very friendly at check in. Rooms were clean, quiet and bed was comfortable.
  : Breakfast was just so-so. Hotel had refillable squeeze bottles but sink soap as well as conditioner was empty

  : There was one lady at the front desk who kept making comments about partying. My husband and I were there for our anniversary to go fishing so all of her comments were completely unnecessary. We are almost 40, we fish, not party.

  : The employees were amazing! But that’s all I got.
  : My reservation was lost, it took over an hour to get a resolution. The entire building, walk way, door way, lobby, hallways, smoke pit, and elevators were COVERED in dead dragon flies…. Like a PILE of them no one cleaned any of them up. I couldn’t even sit in the lobby because the dead bugs were all over the chairs
