Disappointing

  : The staff were very welcoming. The pool area is nice with a wonderful view. Breakfast is great
  : I booked two rooms - one with ensuite bathroom which was near the pool and included nice touches like a mini fridge. My friends stayed in this room and they said it was fine My partner and I stayed in a room with a private bathroom down a short corridor. The bathroom wasn't private and used by someone ( I don't know who ). The room itself was tiny with no fridge and a door that rattled whenever the next door room guests moved about. The bed was like a sponge with no posturepedic qualities whatsoever. I wouldn't allow my dog to sleep on such a soft mattress. There was no fridge. In terms of comparison our small room and that of the deluxe room my friends had, it should have been half the price but instead it was just ~20e difference. I complained and was told "but that is our pricing and why did you book that?" (Because I did it online and hadn't seen the rooms). I was offered a bottle of wine which never materialised.

  : very nice breakfast and nice room but the best part was how they took care of us. Very kind and happy to accommodate us and let us stay a bit longer after the check-out because our flight was later in the day. We enjoyed the terrace and had lunch in the shade before taking the car to the airport. They also gave us a lot of useful info

  : The staff was amazing, helpful and accommodating. The pool (though quite small) is a great bonus, fantastic for relaxing after a long day and offering spectacular views. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, everything was fresh, local, impeccably served, and they made sure to offer something new every day.
  : Location can be both a bonus (it is far from any hustle and bustle, no discos or parties nearby) and a bit of a drag, as the place is quite isolated it takes about 25 minutes to get to town, and about half of it is down a rather unkempt road. If you have a car it is not a problem, but if you want to rely on public transport (there is a bus going to Palermo from Monreale every 40 minutes) you have to take it under consideration.

  : Amazing breakfast (the panini pomodori e olio were heavenly) in the sun, with beautiful scenery over Palermo.Friendly family staff, apparently all siblings. Fluent English, also a bit of Spanish and French.
  : It's my fault I should've been aware, but the bathroom was separate from the room, in a corridor shared with other guests. Not that convenient!When we arrived to check-in - at the announced time 3pm, no one either at the reception or office bells, no one answered on the phone provided on Booking. Apparently they only use WhatsApp messaging to communicate (which we can't use on data roaming, we don't have the wificode yet, of course). We had to wait 30min in front of the door for someone to show up This felt really lonely and a waste of time.Great pool but unfortunately way too cold and quite deep, we weren't able to dive in gently! Next time maybe.

  : Staff were extremely helpful with advice re restaurants and location of Archaeological Park, use of transpot in Park. Location of accomodation was good.
  : Breakfast was a little disappointing. A buffet but no cereal.

  : Breakfast was really good. More authentic than 6 other stays on our trip. Only one exceeded it. The location was good easy walk to Monreale. We did not find it too dark to walk a stretch of about 200m before lights and paved. Lovely views and although we drive to Palermo one day went on the bus the next day from Monreale about 20 min to bus stop. Cost about 10 euros for 2 return. Bus takes about 30 mins. Had room with balcony overlooking breakfast area and pool.
  : Nothing There is a new property being constructed next door but there was no noise at all while we were there . It is practically finished on the outside but did not spoil our view our our experience in any w

  : When we arrived at bnb around at 21:00, a young lady had waited for us. She was so nice. She provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, moisturizer,,,for us. Because our car which had our all luggages was at the garage in Palermo. Her brother and support lady were very nice too. Once again thank you for everything.
  : It's a little bit away from Palermo,but not a big deal. BnB has the very beautiful view of mountain.
