A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
LATE CHECK-IN: between 20:00 and 00:00 with a supplement of € 80.00. Check-in are not allowed after 00:00.
Security deposit of € 500 pre-authorized by credit card or "Easy Rent" policy starting from € 59.00 (extra cost) to be covered for any damage.
