: Very new and modern property. Spacious and clean. Large king size beds, proper showers with great water pressure, large living room and decent kitchen. A bit far from town, so you will need a car.

: Beautiful, quiet, well appointed modern villa suites with a spacious, lovely infinity pool and jacuzzi, all tucked amongst olive and fruit trees, and lush landscaping. The location has a beautiful view of the sea and the "rock". 4-5 kms from the Monevasia harbour and hub of activity, it's an easy 2 minute drive. The owners are on site daily to make your stay is comfortable and personal. The complimentary local wines & olive oil with snacks a very nice touch! We were the last guests of the 2023 season and we had the entire resort to ourselves for 2 days. What a treat!!
: Breakfast is served to your suite starting at 8:30 am. As early risers (6:30 am) we found a wonderful little bakery/coffee shop just 500m from the resort. It's a local hotspot that opens 6:00 am daily.... that was our morning cappuccino go-to spot.

: The staff at Sempre were kind and most helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The villa was beautiful and was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms modern and of a good size.The staff checked several times to see if we needed anything. During a conversation on check in I mentioned I was diabetic and they thoughtfully added breakfast goods specific for me although I didn't request this but was much appreciated. The breakfast is delivered to your door and is fresh, plentiful and delicious. Hot freshly spanakopita and tiropita, fresh fruit, cereals, Greek salad, cake etc. There was so much food we packed some of it and took it to the beach each day for lunch.
